An Internal Affairs Unit for the Divisional Secretariat Town & Gravets Trincomalee!

An Internal Affairs Unit has now been established within our office in line with the "New procedure of establishing an Internal Affairs Unit in all Public Institutions" initiated jointly by the Presidential Secretariat of Sri Lanka and the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption in terms of Anti-Corruption Act No. 09 of 2023.

Accordingly, if you become aware of any anomalies, corruption, or allegations within our Divisional Secretariat, you can report the information or complaints to the Internal Affairs Unit located on our premises, either anonymously or with your identity, using the following methods.

The Trincomalee Town and Gravets Divisional Secretariat has been awarded 1st Place in the Trincomalee District for its outstanding performance, speed, and efficiency in implementing President's Fund services at the divisional level for the year 2025.

The award ceremony took place on September 12, 2026, at the Swami Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies (SVIAS) in Batticaloa.

The prestigious 1st place award was presented by the Hon. Prime Minister, Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, and received by the Divisional Secretary of Trincomalee Town and Gravets alongside the relevant subject officers and social service team.

This achievement stands as a testament to the collective dedication, hard work, and unity of our entire staff in delivering fast and reliable medical assistance and relief to the public.
